MT HOOD HIDEAWAYS -- RENTAL AGREEMENT | |||

Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season)
before date of arrival with full refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
There is no cancellation within 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season) of date of
arrival and no monies will be refunded unless we are able to book the days
with another guest. A $200 deposit will be required to hold reservations made
more than 60 days before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. -- check-out is at 11:00 a.m. There is no refund due to inclement weather conditions, lack of snow, too much snow, or other weather-related conditions. For short periods of time, weather may cause an interruption in electrical service. There is no refund for weather-related interruption of electrical service. Pets are not allowed at the cabin. If a guest brings a pet to the cabin it will result in immediate eviction without refund. There is no smoking in the cabin. We do not provide firewood for the cabin. Wood is available for purchase from our local stores. Any damages, excessive cleaning, or other expenses incurred by Mt. Hood Hideaways as a result of your stay will be debited from the credit/debit card used for reservation. Charges will also be debited for additional people staying at the cabins without Mt. Hood Hideaways being notified. Mt. Hood Hideaways is not responsible for items left at the cabin at the end of stay. If requested, we will attempt to return those items to the Guests at the Guests’ expense, including a $10 handling fee. If keys are locked in the cabin, a locksmith will be called and the cost charged to you. If we are available to open the cabin ourselves, a $25 charge will be assessed. There is a $25 charge for lost keys. Loud noisy parties cannot be tolerated. Excessive noise/loud music, offensive behavior, etc. will result in immediate eviction. No refund will be given. Do not move furniture or rewire stereo equipment. You will be charged for the time it takes to replace items to their original position. Check-in is no earlier than 4 p.m. PST and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. PST. Housekeeping has only a 5 hour window to completely clean and set-up for the next guests. Please respect their work schedule and do not arrive early or stay late. Early arrival or failure to vacate the premises on time will result in a charge for an additional night’s stay. | |||
